We worked with Devin at High Pointe Drafting to develop plans for an addition to our home and it was a great experience. He took our rough ideas and turned them into a detailed and beautiful finished design. He was very responsive to our feedback and questions along the way. Would highly recommend Devin to anyone needing home design services.

I hand drew some plans for our dream house and then High Pointe Drafting made it a reality. And when I changed my mind 7 times, they were gracious, kind and delivered an amazing final draft. I can't wait to post pictures of the final house when completed this spring.

I have only given a couple of reviews in the past 10 years. Only when I feel like exceptional work has been done am I willing to spend the time. Devin Walker at High Point Drafting does exceptional work. I sent him rough drawings of a family retreat. He refined those ideas and put them in 3-D drawings with AutoCAD Revit. The ideas he incorporated went into the final plans which sailed through the approval process. Now that the house is built, I can say that the plans he sent were not revised by any subs and were complete for all trades. I don’t think anyone could have produced better plans at many times the price. I will definitely use him on my next project!

We have been working with Devin on our new family home plans, and his work is truly incredible. His attention to detail and ability to interpret our sketches accurately is impressive. He draws in 3D so you end up with a 3D model of your home plans that you can walk through. This has been extremely helpful in identifying potential architectural issues early in the process. The project we a designing is very complex and Devin has been able to take it from concept to full plan set. I would highly recommend High Point for all your drafting needs.

I couldn’t be happier in my experience working with Devin Walker. He turned my “dream home” house plan into actual construction blueprints. What’s more, he delivered 3-D front, side and rear elevations of the house, which is based on Southfork Ranch from the 1980’s hit TV show “Dallas.” The front is modeled after the lesser-known Southfork Ranch from the original miniseries… the first five episodes. I was blown away at how Devin captured crucial details of that house for my plan. He also patiently worked with me as we hammered out adding 2 feet here or subtracting 1 foot there. Always a professional, I wholeheartedly recommend him and High Pointe Drafting.

Devin helped us finish out floorplans for a new build cabin. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous. I am very pleased with the final results! He had great ideas, and was willing to listen to and advocate for our needs. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to draft residential floorplans.
